I have not heard that he has a fiance’ who is on staff at New Republic.

Certainly that is an issue which would begin to taint his credibility. His argument that he did not want to join an ideological battle is now subject to scrutiny, especially since is fellow unit members have said he’s a liar. Now that he has been proven a liar he should be brought up on charges and dishonorably discharged.
