Watch CAIR spokesmouth Ibrihim Hooper state matter-of-factly that nothing will stop them from suing anyone who dares report a Muslim to authorties and that the newly enacted John Doe provision doesn't change a thing legally.
Oh, I know. I was just trying to think of an analogy that worked.
If the informant has a real, articulable suspicion (something that meets the 'reasonable suspicion' standard that applies to police) then I have absolutely no problem with immunity. If they cause someone to miss a plane or be detained or harassed simply because they look funny, then they deserve to be sued.
Maybe Vigilantism isn’t such a bad idea, after all. Despite the left wing history re-writes, it worked pretty well in the “Old West” in places where there was no organized law enforcement available — or when the marshall didn’t do his job.
Especially when you name JOHN DOE defendants, who can be named at a later date. This is why I say that if, during testimony as a witness, these people are found to have acted in bad faith, the lawsuit could be amended or a separate suit could be brought against them. This is why this tactic is strictly to prevent anyone in the future from acting.
Why isn’t there a CAIR watch organization that keeps an eye on these sneaky bastards? They have a lot of pull and they have traitor friends in the US government already . It’s up to WE THE PEOPLE to protect ourselves , No one represents me anymore.
If the suits don't have any merit, you could find yourself stuck with all of their costs in responding. This could backfire big time.
what a coindecence, i happen to be john doe as well.
Curious. What would happen if a bunch of guys wearing gang colors or MS-13 tattoos got on a plane and behaved strangely?
You have freepmail.
From a bow-tie to a pink-tie. ...what a guy.
Excellent my friend ..I suggest you copy that and send it to CAIR..Actually it be a good idea if we ALL sent copies to CAIR and flooded their email in box.

nump
There are CAIR watch organizations. But what I want to see is informed attorneys forming such an organization.
Excellent!
Yeah...I noticed that. Wonder what gives?
They vary by Fed, State, County and even city. Check with the Clerk of the Court where you wish to file suit.
If I see something funny i WILL report it . If some Islamic a hole starts yelling he will sue me then I may be forced to try a little Jersey City justice on him . I’m not intimidated by any of them in the least .
Or...a bunch of people wearing E.L.F. gear?
Hard to find a lawyer that’s NOT a flaming liberal.
I didn’t realize I shared my name with so many people.
