Well his voting record should silence the critics.
One of several good things about Fred is that he doesn’t seem to use phony arguments out of convenience. I hate it when someone claims something is a state issue but is perfectly fine allowing the federal courts to legislate the matter, figuring they will win and the opposition will have no recourse. That way the politician can claim to be against something when he is really for it. He just plans on getting activist judges to do the legislating.
