Gee, perhaps the ever perpetual dainty, ethereal and charming advice of her highness Paris Hilton can save young Gore and give him the strength with which to turn his life around to serve and enrich mankind. Oh hail the ever exalted celebutard Paris.

Oy

Unless my bar review course lied to me, it is.

The bar review teaches black letter law and existing case law.

Sometimes you need to look beyond the black letter and ask yourself stuff like... what does that term "The United States" mean? A lawyer with no imagination would look at is as a limiting clause limiting it to federal crimes, whereas a lawyer with imagination could look at it as an expansive clause.

I don't think it has been tested, but considering the fact that there were very few "federal crimes" other than treason at the time the Constitution was written, I think one could argue that the pardon power extends to all crimes committed within the territory and jurisdiction of the United States of America.

2 months ago, and six weeks from now, yes. You are 100% right. For the next few weeks, nope.

It was Memorial Stadium in north Baltimore.

You two are missing the real crime against humanity in this incident.

Junior was driving a PRIUS at 100 MPH! That is a greeeeennn car; the car of environmentalists, ecologists, and global warmingists. How dare he! And no pardon from Bush this time.

The only true reprieve can be gained by buying CARBON CREDITS. I suggest they send approximately $10,000 per mph over the speed limit. Send them to xzins2004@yahoo.com. As a philospher expert in ecological crimes against humanity, I am now cleared to grant carbon indulgences.

I’m against the war on (some) drugs, but I am also against driving while impaired.

But it will be the possession that is the bigger charge here.

P-Marlowe's 1 minute bar review course:

1) Just answer every question.

2) If you don't know the law, make it up and apply your made up law to the facts of the case.

3) Read the question carefully at least 3 times before you start writing anything.

4) After you have finished reading the question, go to the restroom and take a leak.

5) Do not assume facts not in evidence.

6) Send us all invitations to your swearing in.

Send us all invitations to your swearing in.

And don't forget to throw a party. (Hint: remember that xzins is partial to a strong hint of Jose in a well-made (with salt) margarita.) And little hors d'oeuvre thingies.

“Our local morning radio guy called Al the Third’s drug-filled Prius a ‘mobile Walgreen's.’ LOL!”

Hey Diana, your statement could be incorporated into an ad for PRIUS:

BUY A PRIUS: THE MOBILE WALGREEN'S (Comes equipped with drugs for all your dreams.)

I think GW ought to pardon the kid. It would be a wise thing and the media would be dumbstruck that GW offered out the hand of forgiveness.

Hypocrites. When Bush’s daughter got in trouble it was all over the news!
Dems are hypocrites.

BTW, the premise of the article is flawed. A multiple arrest, non-minor caught with illegal drugs is not a “it’s only chelsea being a child” kind of thing.

It’s not the first offense.

It’s not “just marijuana.”

I’d say that a 24 year old should be dealt with as an adult, wouldn’t you say????

Are you going to apologize for blaming me for that which you did?

LOL. I don't care to do that, further I don't intend to give you the flame war that you apparently desire. This will be my last response to you. As O'Reilly likes to say: "I will give you the last comment".

Can you say bought in Tijuana?

Given the proximity of the arrest, I would say little Gore was South of the Border in recent days...

Driving 100 miles per hour on a public highway, is no private matter to me.

He looks mentally retarded.

Al and Tipper weren't the ugliest pair on the planet (before all the bloating and the British teeth) how on earth did they spawn such unattractive children?

I was more commenting on seperation of the wod and drunk driving, since many people seem to interchange the 2 wrongly.

I knew it was safe to reply to you, lol.
