The Supreme Court split 5-4 in striking down voluntary integration programs in Louisville and Seattle today. The opinions were authored by the Chief Justice.
The government isn’t capable of doing two things at once?

LoL, from what I've seen, only abusing power and spending our money seem to be the only multi-tasking they are capable of.
Libs are going nuts on this decision and their loss in the $inate re their Amnesty Vampire Bill II.
I haven't gone anywhere yet. I won't if we can boot the RINOS out, and I fully intend to work to kick them out. I've said many times that I will contribute to the campaigns of any conservatives who run in the primary against these RINOS. I've got enough rebel in me that it makes me want to fight to regain our party! This shamnesty legislation has proved that conservatives are alive and well in America! They just spoke! THAT makes me want to take that momentum to clean up our party!
SCOTUS revs it up again. Good work, the five freedom fighters. Judging a person on the content of their character (and other aspects) rather than on the colot of their skin? Turned out to be a revolutionary thought well ahead of its time.
“Conservatives need to unite after this immigration fiasco and back the Republican party.”
They didn’t force me out, so I’m still here.
But the RINOs must be purged from the Party, and never, ever again use the false metric of “character” (e.g. religion) to elect a president.
George Bush may be the most pious man on God’s green earth, but he also is a liar.
You WILL NOT bus my kids to a dangerous school, and you WILL NOT bus dangerous, undisciplined, fatherless hoodlums into my kids’ school!
“regardless of what is going on at the border, Bush and this administration has done one hell of a job protecting us from another attack.”
You know about “required” and “elective” course in college?
It’s the same thing here. Protecting the border, the states, and the American people is a “required course” for any President. There is no higher duty.
Showing compassion, taking people “out of the shadows”, providing amnesty to lawbreakers, these are all “electives”. Take ‘em or not, it doesn’t really matter. But George Bush has spent an inordinate and puzzling amount of effort on his “electives” of late.
We shall hope and pray that he hasn’t already failed and received an “F” in border protection, one of his “required” courses.

Yes, but sadly, such a common sense statement attracted only three other justices.
Hillary will. And she’ll make you pay for it. And make you say you like it.
Harry Reid, commenting on this decision today, actually said:
The Constitution requires that schools be racially diverse.
No reason to tear this statement apart - it’s worthless on its face.
What a bunch of cr*p comes oozing up from WA State. Sadly, for us...
Pity it was only 5-4.
Washington state ping
I also have a problem calling this idea ‘voluntary’.
