Here we are again my friends, hopefully for the last debate thread on this particular monstrous legislation. Proceedings are supposed to begin at 9:30 a.m. EST, with the cloture vote being taken at 10:30 a.m.
On a personal note, you've all been wonderful in your passion, vigilance, and commitment to the principles on which our country was founded. If I have to be in a foxhole, I want to be in it with you guys.

Thanks for posting that list.
Here's the story behind those numbers, folks . . . Look at all the NO votes from Democrats in "Red" states.
At first glance, it looks like Stabenow (MI) is the only Democrat from a "Blue" state to vote NO.

OK so how long is SD going to operate with one Senator and the U.S. Senate with a max of 99 votes?

No he didn’t...the borders are still open and nothing will change for over two years because the Dems will not finish funding the fence. Happy now?

He still had enough brains to buck his party and vote against this bill. Also, this vote made all the difference the first time. We will all be old one day.
To: NRA2BFree

To: nicmarlo
It is fun today because he lost, America won, and nothing can stop me from smiling:)

Which would be the best place to send them??? My vote is DC after recess. It also gives the person collecting time to receive the money.

I was shocked at Bayh voting NO. I emailed him and thanked him for voting NO, told him I was SURPRISED but still thanked him.
