Here we are again my friends, hopefully for the last debate thread on this particular monstrous legislation. Proceedings are supposed to begin at 9:30 a.m. EST, with the cloture vote being taken at 10:30 a.m.
On a personal note, you've all been wonderful in your passion, vigilance, and commitment to the principles on which our country was founded. If I have to be in a foxhole, I want to be in it with you guys.
No it is not! If the vote was going positive for "YES" these are the ones who more than likley would have then voted "YES"!!!!
PUT THIS OUT TODAY!!
Good point! I understand we blew out the phones. We need to find out where he's going to be. If he's leaving for a recess, maybe the flowers should be in his D.C. office on the day he gets back?
I'm going to try calling to get an answer, and if I do, I'll post here. If anyone else gets through, can you please ping me? (I want him to get nice FRESH flowers, not a wilted bunch.)
BTTT
thanks....just rehooked up to cspam
Do you have the address?
We need to thank those senators who stood up strong. Senator Sessions, Senator DeMint come to mind. There are some others. They fought long and hard to back the American people up and got the message from the people into the debate.
and BTW George, Happy Birthday!
Rick and Bubba mention
Theyre going to be at the FReedom Concert in Atlanta...
Hot Air was mistaken, Cochran voted No, God bless him! I’m so happy right now I could dance!

President Bush and his legacy
*snort*
He chose... poorly.
Earlier C-Span said Ted Kennedy was scheduled at noon. If you’re up to it, might be worth it to see it. Then again, maybe not. LOL
It makes no difference to me where the flowers are sent. My preference however is to wait until after recess when they can be fresh and enjoyed for more than one day but I really don’t care. Truthkeeper if you are going to take charge please FreepMail me your address so I can get my money to you.
I think it was changed again very recently.
Perhaps Vanity has a link somewhere on his website? Or NumbersUSA?

pinging all to truthkeeper's comment....
watching the swimmer again?......ack! I don’t know if I will be able to keep down my lunch! : )
I am beginning to wonder if the best day to send my flowers (I REALLY want them to go to the D.C. office) will be the first day the senate is back from break. Like I said, I'm going to try to get through and pass along some information.
Amazing. Bush, once a very shrewd politician, has inflicted a mortal blow to his own presidency!
