Money quotes: “It would seem that every time a Mexican commits a crime in our country Bush sends a member of the Border Patrol to prison. Presumably his compassion has turned to collusion.”

Bush is more than a moron. There's weird intent behind his actions. Bush thinks we all own big ranches like his friends... and Bush thinks we need an untouchable class to do the dirty work.

It's sooooooooo American. NOT.

Bush gets to take a big hit on his brother Jeb too - who has a son with brown skin. A son who will forever more be confused with the second class citizen/worker class.

Will any of us ever look at our brown skinned neighbors the same way? I've always seen them as "Americans" - now I'll wonder if they broke into my country to clean the toilets. I hope Bush enjoys the cheap labor...

I very much admire President Bush.

His work reflect a far greater intelligence than that shown by his detractors.

Good Quote: GWB has the convictions of his courage.
As far as the what-iz-it in Iraq is concerned, Bush’s heart was never really in it and neither were his cahones.

It chills me to say this after I gave money and supported George W., but the "Dixie Chicks" may have had more insight into the man than I did.

Anyone know where I could get a "The Dixie Chicks were right" bumper sticker?

I'm mad enough to pur it on my car.

Yes. I don’t think he’s a deliberate traitor. And I don’t think he’s a moron either. He’s not a genius, but he’s reasonably intelligent. Smarter than Al Gore, for instance.

It seems to be an old money old family delusion. We all hoped he had escaped that by moving to Texas and working as a roughneck in the oil fields. Evidently not.

He is a moral man, but unfortunately he has imbibed some very liberal Christian ideas of morality, starting with the delusion that you can improve the world by spending government money on it.

He hated us first. We are just reciprocating.

“Seems freerepublic is fast becoming the new hate Bush website.”

Thats the truth.
Its sickening, whether the President has faults or not
I never thought I would see it like this here.

I AGREE! I am getting awfully tired of all of this Bush bashing. I guess that the fools would prefer the other guy!

I very much admire President Bush.

Can you tell us why?

His work reflect a far greater intelligence

Can you cite examples?

I must admit, I never thought I’d see the day where a thread that called Bush a “moron” would be allowed to stay longer than 10 seconds on FR.

It’s an unfortunate symptom of Bush’s dogged determination to get this immigration “reform” passed to “secure his legacy”. The ironic thing is, if he had just kept prosecuting the WOT and made that his focus his last 4 years, he’d have a mighty fine legacy IMO, just with that.

Amen. Jorge has to understand that the disrepect he sends around, comes back around to HIM. But that would require him to be in what used to be his right mind.

Imagine a President Kerry. OMG.

Now, I’m not real pleased with President Bush, but with Mr. Kerry in The White House things would probably be much worse.

Ugh.
