Calling All Freepers: What Questions Should I Ask at Democrat Debate?
n/a
Posted on 06/26/2007 10:33:23 AM PDT by RatherBiased.com
Hi everyone. I have been granted press access as a blogger at Thursday's Democrat debate. As such, I will have full access to the candidates who appear as well as their staffs.
What questions would you like me to ask them or the media?
Thanks,
Matthew Sheffield

With their dismal record of enforcing existing immigration laws, what makes any one of them think they can be trusted to enforce any new legislation?

Why is there little use of the word “Victory” by democrats about the war on terror?
Do they think that some of the language of leading democrats is hurtful to the troops when it is so incredibly negative and over the top?

Ask them if they are sorry they cut off funds to Vietnam, thereby causing the slaughter of millions in the area.

Ask them:
Do laws need to be enforced? And if not, what are the purpose of having laws?
According to what they believe, it may open up a lot of fun.

Next year the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) may hit some 20+ million families - some with incomes around $40,000. Do you think that’s rich? How do you plan to eliminate this failed “soak the rich” scheme?

When does the right to life begin? When should it begin, i.e. at what developmental stage should the government extend protection of the right to life to persons who are unborn?

If you knew we could stay in Iraq at current levels for two to three more years and suffer a steady casualty rate, but create a stable democracy in the middle east or pull out quickly and create a full-blown civil war resulting 500K to 750K dead and sanctuary for the terrorists; which would you choose?

If against the repression of women, would they allow it in the name of the practice of their religion or prohibit it and enforce it in the name of the law?
