I was watching this unbelievably digusting story this morning on Fox News and I haven't been able to find any mention of it here on FR or on the Fox News web site. A law firm was filmed giving a seminar on how to bypass American applicants so they could bring in less expensive foreign labor under the H1B visa program!! They were giving tips on how to make it appear that a review of the American applicant's resume did not fit the job description so they could reject every single applicant and work on getting a green card for a foreign worker instead, saving the company money. I'd love to find out not only the name of the law firm but a list of their client companies. Can anyone post a link to that story? Thanks.

They are talking about it now on Fox News 3:34pm
This could give lawyers a bad image. :\
6:43 P.M. and Fox just mentioned it again.
These words:
THE GOAL OF PERM:Run classified ads that do NOT find any qualified U.S. workers.
Is it wrong to not shed a tear when something awful happens to people like this?
Not planning or threatening but just devoid of concern when
“What goes around comes around”
Made it to the Foxnews Special Report News Hour!
Exactly. You should be shouting those facts out on every thread, lol.
The real question should be, how many other law firms are promoting similar policies and “services”? These were the only bozos who got caught.
I am sorry for her family also but FOX is quite ridiculous over this.
I actually watched CNN this morning because they were the only station carrying the memorial service for the nine NC firefighters killed on Monday.
FOX is still the best for politics but apart from that they are becoming the equivalent of a tabloid newspaper.
Yeah and Thompson was also one of the backers of McCain-Feingold and of McCain’s 2000 campaign. I think he was one of only four senators to back McCain. More evidence of faulty judgment.
....and, Fred doesn’t seem to have a lot of enthusiasm about having the “job” as President of the U.S.
Being President is a thankless job.....carries the weight of the world on his/her shoulders, get criticized constantly....etc. So, it seems that anyone who WANTS that job should be passionate about it....
I don’t sense that passion from Fred.
