I didn't see anything posted on this live testimony. Who's watching it and what are your thoughts?
I agree with you that this is far from over, but this hearing is not a necessary for the feds to become involved.
Has the feds ever once took the case of a civil rights violation when those who’s rights were spat on are white males?
maybe for a Kennedy or two in the day ?
just was able to get the WRAL live feed when Mrs. Finnerty was on. Noticed that during her testimony, the camera would cut to her son and he has a U.S. Flag pin on his lapel. Says a LOT about the family and him, I’d say.
From the DA’s final report of the rape incident...
“Because of the lack of evidence and the additional affirmative proof that these crimes did not occur during this time, the Attorney General along with his special prosecutors, Senior Deputy Attorney General James J. Coman and Special Deputy Attorney Genera Mary D. Winstead, believed it was in the best interest of justice to declare these three individuals innocent of these charges”.
“Primarily, their investigation found that:
The accusing witness’s testimony regarding the alleged assault would have been contradicted by other evidence in the case from numerous sources;
The accusing witness’s testimony regarding the alleged assault and the events leading up to and following the allegations would have been contradicted by significantly difference versions of events she told over the past year;
No testimony or physical evidence would have corroborated her testimony;
The accused individuals were identified through questionable photographic procedures;
Credible and verifiable evidence demonstrated that the accused individuals could not have participated in an attack during the time it was alleged to have occurred;
The accusing witness’s credibility would have been suspect based on previous encounters with law enforcement, her medical history and inconsistencies within her statements.”
Yet, Nifong still believes “something happened in that bathroom”
Will the punishment phase be decided today?
Yes, and considering it only took the panel 1-1/2 hours to find him guilty of 16 charges, it shouldn’t take long to decide punishment.
This just proves once again that playing race politics with peoples lives is dangerous, and liberals should end it immediately.
if he doesn’t think something happened (at least in words)
the he is guilty of every assumption one could muster
Thanks.
I was all over the tv and cannot find any penatly or phase two coverage..:(
