Nifong had the responsibility to prosecute those who break the law. Making death threats against a person is a crime. When used in a racial matter, as these threats obviously were, it becomes a hate crime.

Nifong just lied his ASS off - you can tell how old a sample of semen is and in fact the test to determine the age of semen is ALWAYS conducted during rape kit tests in order to prove the time-frame of the attack.
