Now Nifong is disparaging the first officer on the scene as being incompetent

This doesn't surprise me and I don't understand why the cops continued to cooperate when the case was falling apart, they should of known that if he was capable of railroaded three innocent kids that he is very capable of throwing them under the bus.

Interesting isn’t it that Feedman declined to cross. That clearly tells me they have no evidence or information that anything Selligmann said on the stand was a lie or even could be twisted!!!!!

One of the problems Fonger has is how many people he’s angered. The governor he made a promise to that he would not run in the next election. The AG who not only declared the boys innocent but referred to Nifong as a “rogue prosecutor”. He’s embarrassed the entire state & I believe they’re going to throw him under the bus. I think it’s just a matter of how many of the wheels are going to get him.

All 3 of them have exhibited class throughout this nightmare. I still remember Dave Evans “fantastic lies” statement early on. I hope they receive justice although nothing could ever really make up for what they went through.

Sounds like he is willing to take the hit for that comment to the press, I think he will sing a different tune on the DNA material. That is the part that is damning to his case.
