They had 56 people on stage for the announcement, do they need all of them to indict ONE guy? When there are hundreds of potential witnesses/co-conspirators to decades of malfeasance trailing through thousands and thousands of pages of documents you need a large team.

MSNBC is discussing illegal downloading of music. Really an important issue...certainly more important than the indictment of a sitting Congressman! / s

I guess that's what it takes to bring down a democrat.
I'm in San Diego and this makes Duke look like a novice.

The indictment is 94 pages, Napolitano said it took 1:15 to read it.

Will he have to give up his congressional seat?
I know if he was an (R) he would have been out on his keister a long time ago.

Bush’s fault and, his waiting until he was out of the country to have his justice department charge the black congressman from NOLA is such a racist act.
You know this will be the headline if, the MSM even covers it.
BTW, since Fox now has the highest ratings, do we consider them MSM now?

He better put some ice on that. It has to smart.
Of course, the voters of New Orleans can re-elect him more than a hundred more times while he serves his 200 year plus sentence.

TWO of his associates have pled guilty and plea bargained... and both are already in jail.
Jefferson is done... and his angry rhetoric won’t get him anything except b!tchslapped in the big house.

Amazing isn’t it? Look for other democrats to be snarled in something this large. At some point to reduce his sentence, Jefferson will talk, just like Randy Duke Cunningham. Jeffeson will not dare a Virginia jury to try him because they will not be merciful.
