HALL OF FAME #19 THE WEEKEND THREAD T.G.I.F. at the Finest |
Every Thursday at the Finest |
I figure I have at least 6-7 years left before all my kids are out of school. Then we can get out. So I choose to fight it out the best I can.
Keep their feet to the fire.
I really think you are gaining momentum.
Your name is everywhere now! Everyone hates the tolls! :D
Believe me, you will hear me in Texas when they are gone!
Yeeehawww!
Do I ever look forward to that!
I know you’ll do well down here. And our politics,
though crazy some time, are not as crazy as the are
up there! Trust me on that! :D
Oh, I know that for sure.
The North East is sinking fast under the weight of socialist, liberal policies.
It would be even worse if Hellery were to be elected.
I pray every day that she is beaten in the primaries!
She is already saying that “we need to share the wealth”...
pure communism!
Just think, she supposedly represents New York State.
It’s a toss up between her and Guliani winning this state if they were the candidates, I hope neither are.
A C-5 Galaxy performs a fly-over above the California State Capitol during the Air Force Week California Proclamation Ceremony June 4 at Sacramento, Calif. The purpose of Air Force Week is to inform and educate the American public about the importance and roles of the Air Force in America's national defense. The C-5 is from Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Air Force members jump from a C-130 Hercules June 2 during an airdrop in support of the weeklong exercise Operation Hydra. The Airmen consist of firefighters from the 99th Civil Engineering Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., explosive ordinance disposal members from the 1st Civil Engineering Squadron at Langley AFB, Va., and members from the 823rd Red Horse Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Fla. Operation Hydra provides realistic training scenarios, exercising the 615th Contingency Response Wing's ability to conduct expeditionary mobility operations at three locations. The wing is practicing its "open an air base" concept while maintaining command and control of in-theater operations. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Sarayuth Pinthong)
F-15E Strike Eagles, such this one refueling over Iraq, play a critical role daily in providing close-air support to ground forces in contact with anti-Iraqi forces as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Brian Ferguson)
If either of the two from NY get it, this country is going to suffer, I fear.
Thank you Sir!
I like him a lot, and just think, we have the same name. : )
Off to bed. See ya for coffee.
Good night, Rus. It was very good talking to you.

READ: Psalm 34:8-22
[Jesus said,] In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33
Amy Beth was out in her neighborhood taking her dog for a walk when she saw a young man run into a nearby alley. A car followed. The young man grabbed a huge piece of wood from a dumpster and started swinging at the car. Amy Beth froze. She was caught in a gang fight.
Suddenly, the young driver of the car tried to get away by accelerating backwards. He slammed into Amy Beth. She landed on the trunk and was thrown into the street. Amazingly, she wasnt seriously hurt.
Later, she tried to make sense of her experience and attempted to turn it around to make it seem good. She came to this conclusion: Bad things happentragic and horrible things. Good things happenamazing and miraculous things. And all this happens randomly to us. But it is not random to the God who cradles our aching hearts. He knows. . . . Suffering will come. But God is . . . larger than the events that seem to contradict Gods goodness.
We will experience sickness, accidents, sorrow, and death. But we are not on our own. God is in control. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all (Ps. 34:19). We can be confident that one day we will be safe with Him forever.
How great they are!!!
Heartbreaking, isn’t it? So sweet.
