The only solution is banning and destroying the entire Islamic network in the USA, which means CAIR, Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah and all their front-groups. No more Saudi funded institutions and no more Islamic “charity”.

I think American blacks influenced by Islam are more likely to do things like the DC sniper pair did. That is, things that kill the infidel but generally do not get them killed in the process. I don’t think AQ is going to have much luck luring them into suicide bombings.
With a real conservative President like Hunter I think it has a chance.
Also, liberal as he is, Giuliani won’t take crap from CAIR and their foreign Islamic master, aswell.
It is beyond comprehension why a organisation like CAIR still exists.
The "Stop Snitchin'" campaign helps them, but most African-American Muslims have been through the justice system and thus there is a lot more data on them than there is on illegal Arabs with fake identity papers. The chances of there being an entirely African-American terror cell with no ex-convicts in it is about a billion to one.
If you get just one name, one ID, then you will be able to see who the terrorist was in prison with, which imam he is linked to, etc. It will also be easier to find out where he works, if he works, who his associates in licit or illicit businesses might be. Very few newly-converted Muslim ex-cons have enough personal cashflow to fund terrorism operations.
And it will soon become obvious to any other criminal in the African-American community that credible information regarding terrorist activity is the equivalent of a get-out-of-jail-free card.

Never underestimate the power of misleading someone. If blacks are being recruited as bombers, then the line might go something like “Don’t worry, the bomb will be set up with more than enough time for you to walk away after pushing the button”. Instant detonations could be attributed to faulty timers, or to the bomber “not understanding his instructions”. Some black islamofascists may be willing to go the whole mile, too, particularly ex-felons who have a grudge against a particular target. Remember, this probably covers non-American blacks such as Somalis and Sudanese, too, who have different cultural mores.
Well, the “Nation of Islam” is a good recruting ground.
But the solution would have been for the Administration to block all Muslims from coming here after 9-11 and rounding up and deproting or non-citizen Muslims, cut off all fudning of mosques and madrassehs in the U.S. by Saudi Wahhabists and intently monitoring all Muslims who are citizens.
But Bush didn;t do that because it conflicts with his views of globalism and his philosophy that all people basically want the same things. They may all want the same things but the terms of acquisition are very different, as are the use for those things.
Those are very good points. AQ has already tried working with alienated blacks (such as in Portland and Washington State), but one of the things that has done in their efforts has been the fact that almost all of the people involved had prison records and were or had been under surveillance for other things (not related to terrorism).
If they're looking for "lily whites" - sorry, there was just no other way to say it! - they won't find them in the black male population. And I also really doubt that they'd find many folks in that group willing to carry out suicide operations, either.
