The first president of the United States, George Washington, did wear dentures, but they were not made of wood. Washington had several sets of dentures, made of a variety of substances, including ivory, lead, and human and cow teeth.

Friday passing through Phoenix it was 105 and Tucson had 102.
Sunday when we were in Tucson it was 105.
We are always 10 degrees below Tucson’s high.
No moisture at all, though we do have light breezes and it does cool off at night nicely into the mid 60s.

Perhaps surprisingly, if a shark stops swimming, it will sink. Most other fish have gas-filled swimming bladders to help them float, but sharks have to rely on their oil-filled livers to give them buoyancy. The livers are not enough of a floatation device, however, so the sharks must swim, or they'll sink.

Hi Ma.
Yes my day was good. I changed my phone number, I’ll email you later about that.

Believe it or not, you are actually taller in the morning! The reason doesn't have so much to do with the fact that it is morning, but because you've been lying down in bed during the night, which gives the disks separating your vertebrae the opportunity to expand, which makes you just a bit taller. By the end of the day, the disks have compressed again, making you shorter than you were when you first got out of bed.

WOO-HOO!!!! DesertCoyote Just found out that she passed both parts of the AZ Teacher Cert. Written Exam on her first try. That means all that’s left is her “Student Teaching” and come the end of December she’s a fully qualified and certified Elementary Teacher.
