Gunman on Campus; Stay inside your building, away from windows; Shooting incident at West Ambler Johnston Hall
(Excerpt) Read more at vtnews.vt.edu ...
VERY skilled? dream on, this coward was shooting ducks in a barrel.
These students were rendered defenseless. Those 21 and older could have cerried for defense, especially the women, who are more likely to be attacked. As of right now, it's clear the g/f wass in danger and was certainly in need of an effective defense that included carrying a gun.
"We know that there are far too many unstable students, and other people, to start calling for students to all be armed."
Ridiculous! Take a look at the course offerings for that building. You're sceed is typical grabber agit prop... wild west rubbish.
"Your comment is spot-on, IMO. ...those in charge of security certainly need to be well-armed."
After the first 2 AM shootings, the campus was literally crawling with were armed cops with rifles. Your emotional plan failed big time.
Only if China and Russia keep playing nice with each other.
“Are you talking about the bombing suspect? He was released to his parents until his April sentencing...”
And what month is it now?
Google the incident and anything with his name is being blocked.
I tried 5 sites on a dail-up and get anything.
It was their regular moring presser I believe.
I posted the article from apparently the school paper or something that was “cached” on google at #1272. You’re right about not being able to access it live anymore.
Kent State shootings remembered
On that day, three decades ago, four young people protesting America’s involvement in the Vietnam War were killed, and nine were wounded by National Guard troops who had been called to the campus to quell anti-war protests.

He was Asian (oriental)
“If all the people on the 9/11 planes behaved like the ones on Flight 93 ...”
Sorry, but I have to defend the people on the other planes. All the terrorists were in the cabin on flight 93. That was not the case on the other planes.
You have no idea what I am.
I may have been born and lived 98% of my life in the PRM but I am about as libertarian as they come. I’m the 1 who’s hated by my neighbors because I’m such a “fascist” (i.e., liberal-speak for conservative).
You just admitted some of your government places are no-weapons zones.
That has always been the case, and it makes sense. There’s no reason certain small institutions can’t have everyone check their weapons at the door.
It ain’t the same as a state-wide ban, or even a county-wide ban. So lighten up.
Thank you. Just found out the son is safe. He called his mother and wanted to know why everyone was leaving him all these messages to call. Apparently he didn’t know about the shootings (was somewhere off campus and just found out).
Now I’m hoping and praying for others who still have not heard.
in fact, that case was indeed one that did require gun laws be toughened. an immigrant from palestine was able to buy a gun legally in florida, without even a resident check. such non-citizens shouldn’t be able to buy a gun at all, anywhere in the united states.
We shall see.
I think, personally, that a lot of experts are right . . . that the public differences are charade.
That the ruling elites in allllllll countries and especially themore important ones . . .
are rigidly under the control of the puppet masters.
That’s why I carry/conceal mine./..even at work. God knows if or when this middle aged woman could save a life by having this gun.
The students were on lockdown in the dorms and communicating with each other via E-mail, telling each other what is happening.
GREAT catch on April sentencing . . .
Witness on Sean Hannitty show said he heard 40 to 50 shots
