You noticed that too... I thought it was me.
I know I had the Siena College video... I have to dig it up.
I think the other was at Brown or somewhere... will send it to you when I find it. Doug from upland should have it.
Nah....Democrats just naturally suck.
Oh yeah, I forgot!
Probably in modern times about 6 weeks all out effort but no longer.
Most parties put out monthly or bimonthly or six monthly newsletter locally and put through people's letter box but apart from that our main campaign is not longer than 4 - 6 weeks max.
Our Senator Gordon Smith is a Mormon and my problem is that he has yet to take a stand on anything. He co-sponsored the Iraq bill against the President. I wonder if it is a Mormon thing not to have real principles or core beliefs??
Pray for W and Our Troops
I saw that, absolutely hysterical!!
Pray for W and Our Troops
Brownback also came out against the Bush Administration's wire-tapping of calls to terrorists abroad, without permission from the FISA court.
See http://www.thecarpetbaggerreport.com/archives/6264.html
"U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., on Friday said the Bush administration needed to answer questions about spying on Americans without court authorization. And Brownback said he disagreed with the administrations legal rationale, which he said could hamper future presidents during war.
" 'There are questions that should be examined at this point in time,' Brownback said during a news conference. [ ]
" 'I do not agree with the legal basis on which they are basing their surveillance that when the Congress gave the authorization to go to war that that gives sufficient legal basis for the surveillance,' he said.
"He said if the justification holds up, 'youre going to have real trouble having future Congresses giving approval to presidents to go to war.'"
Words fail me.
I didn't see that part, but at least later Wallace started in on Juan Williams, which means that everybody but Mara disagrees with Juan. When she starts in on Juan, they'll have to replace her with Neal Gabler in order to have somebody to the left of Juan.
You put it much better but that is exactly what I was trying to convey.
OMGoodness, you have to go to Gateway Pundit today:

BTW, Israel is dropping green 'demon' balloons full of toxic slime into Lebanon now... Sheesh. I guess when you're raised with conspiracy theories, you run out of ideas.
Liberal/moderate Republicans are trying to win the respect of Democrats/Independents and don't seem to care about their conservative base.
In Denver, we just lost the audio feed for FNS so I guess I'll have to watch the rerun later today. Rats. Just as Juan appeared to be getting ready to receive a smack-down, the sound goes off and now the video is on/off/on/off. So much for FOX rules the airwaves.
Having listened ... the audio in both of those videos is bad.
I'm going to be looking for others that don't have that problem.
I'm getting thru the 2nd one mostly OK .. this speech is awesome. He's very pro-borders, life, military, conservative judges .. wow. He's knocking me out here .. even through some the little audio mufflings that are aggravating.
I caught the end of this on cspan-2 over the weekend. Hopefully, they'll replay it.

It goes to a Romney blog site. Scroll down to select the speaker.
Not to mention the location of the oil... he's too dumb to breathe. Maybe he should unplug (a la Matrix but hair wise)
Actually, I think Specter and Jesse Jackson sound alike...they both sound like they have a mouth full of marbles.
I truly think that is a problem personal to Gordon Smith and does not tell us anything about Mormons in general.
I think you would agree that jon carry and Nazi Pelosi do not tell us much about Catholics in general.
It's only a matter of time before she informs us that she's been a lifelong Hawkeye fan.
