Give me a break. Ginsberg might be wrong about every single issue, but it's indisputable that she's intelligent and a good lawyer

This is a thread about a liberal running for the GOP nomination to be POTUS. A liberal named Rudy Giuliani. So I take it you support Rudy Giuliani too. That's okay. I can't force anyone not to vote for the liberal Rudy Giuliani. That includes you. I can only post the facts of Rudy`s lifetime of support for liberal policies and liberal causes. That includes Rudy`s time as the liberal Mayor of liberal NYCity. When the time comes, I'm convinced conservatives --- both social and fiscal conservatives --- will reject Rudy Giuliani as the party standard bearer for 2008.

Ginserg is basically an avowed communist and radical leftist -- which makes her utterly unqualified to hold any position in the U.S. government all the way down to the janitor at an inconsequential Federal building in the middle of the Great Plains.

Falling asleep doesn't make her unintelligent and a bad lawyer. Besides, do you really think oral arguments help justices make up their minds on how to vote?

...Which one of those "choices" can get elected?...

This looks to easy, I smell a "trap" here :)

Obviously, I and many believe Duncan has enough we like to help him at least to 'take off.' I think we should at least allow him the position to 'sell the goods.' He appears fantastic to us... But we realize he has to attract many more for him to win. Who is to know that he can not do it?... Maybe he can, etc etc.

Another thing... :)... Let's just say that we have at least two groups in the Republican party - At least of what I have noticed here in FR - Whatever the issues is... We seem to have TWO DEFINED DIFFERENT SIDES. Ok? well, those sides may have different "values." ok, let me cut to the chase. FOR ME, "Winning" with McCaca, Giuliani would not be winning...Why? well, because for many of us if we don't "hold the line," (and we seem to be the only ones fighting it, reason for which I AM A REPUBLICAN!) on what appears to be a downhill path into a cespool of a society without any morality like we can already see in several European Countries; for us, that is UNACCEPTABLE! and we will not elect anyone we consider to be questionable on those issues. Now if a Democrat wins, they we might go down that path any way...(well, not really... We still can do a lot as the opposition, the margins will be very close) but that would the DEMOCRATS, not REPUBLICANS.

Does that make any sense?...

Principes matter, character matters... but if you help to elect someone you know is questionable on those two, then how in hell are you to complain later on when he does something to hurt your causes?... Just because a 'politician' says "I am agains this or in favor of that" That means *&^%$ as far as I am concerned. I have to look deeper. And that is exactly the problem I have with McCain, Guliani and certainly Romney... I don't trust them for the reasons I explained above.

Ok, that's it, I will stop here... I know you'll go crazy with this :) probably becuase your "values," are different from mine, BUT, that is the way I FEEL about it. So you see, I have not choice... DUNCAN looks fantastic from my perspective. :) Could he win? who knows!... Does anyone can see into the future?...

Sorry. LONG again... I just hope what I said answers a lot of the typical questions. I am done for tonight :) - GOOD NIGHT

Rudolph W. Giuliani, who developed a national reputation for decisive and reassuring leadership after 9/11,

After the fact. If he had any "leadership" qualities at all, there would have been an evacuation plan after the first attck on the World Trade Center.

A lot of people died needlessly because emergency response protocols were not followed on September 11. (I have worked extensively in first responder situations.)

No, She's not one durn bit intelligent. Any retard can get a law degree as long as they are Liberal. I bet it took her at least 12 years of study to get her License and another 10 or so to be nominated to the court.

Rumor has it that she is also fighting cancer, chemo therapy, etc,,, What a Stupid WIMP she is! (mega-sarc)

I read your post. I'll give you some feedback. You would get more respect from me if you spent your time being *positive* about what you support - rather than trying to trash what you don't like.

If you support Hunter - there is no honest reason that I can see for you to be on a Rudy thread - trashing away. For me, it makes me question YOUR character.

You Rudy-Rooters are so messed up from defending Rudy's incredibly liberal positions and policies as mayor, that you're now even defending Ruth Bader Ginsberg. This is priceless. Please, don't stop.

You Rudy-bashers are so messed up from ignoring all of Rudy's incredibly conservative positions and policies as mayor, that you're now even bashing Ruth Bader Ginsberg for sleeping, something that has nothing to do with intelligence or ideology. This is priceless. Please, don't stop.
