Carrie’s mom sent a more detailed report to my aunt and uncle who only passed on to me the summary that she’s improving, without including specifics this time.
I can tell you this: in photos taken last week, I see a vast improvement in her countenance and alertness.
Please pray for me to be able to put together comments and prayers from this thread to send to Carrie’s family. I haven’t been very well for some weeks — am getting stronger now though — and I really want to be able to do that.
And of course prayers as always for Carrie. It's encouraging that she continues to gain strength and alertness.

Gretchen, I always pray for you when I pray for Carrie .. and that is every day! Your letting us know about Carrie’s situation and the updates has been such a blessing. That dear girl holds a special place in my heart, and her family, including you, has been absolutely remarkable. You all are in my prayers each and every day.
