This is great news, but while the young one may be fine in a relatively short period, the 15 year old is facing years of therapy most likely. We can only hope and pray that through the power of our lord, and the love of his family that any mental damage to this young man can be repaired.

Why the sex offender DB isn't a national one is beyond me. The minute a credit report, address change, etc. runs with his name, red flags should go up.
