Finally home. Whew! Yep we are getting snow. It's been coming down off and on all day. It's starting to get icy too. Hubby's commute is going ot be ick tomorow.

Well, ya know...it was CUT in half and then deviled. I ate one half of the whole egg...silly Sis! :D

I wish I could eat like a bird. I made an enchilada casserole. Enchilada sauce, tortillas, taco seasoned beef, cheese, cheese and more cheese all layered together. YUMMY!

They are good, but I can't eat much of them. The egg whites give me a headache if I eat much of them. I don't know why.
