The Drop Broke Saddam's neck killing him instantly. At the executions following the Nuremberg Trials others were not so lucky.

A number of the hanged Nazis died, not quickly from a broken neck as intended, but agonizingly from slow strangulation. Ribbentrop and Sauckel each took 14 minutes to choke to death, while Keitel, whose death was the most painful, struggled for 24 minutes at the end of the rope before expiring..."

I think the stark reality is much worse than your complaint , Re: Scarborough and Buchanan.
I think the GOP, as a formal organization, is not allied with conservatives in the least.
Country-Club Rhinos control the GOP and have little room for---what they view as---'rock-the-boat' conservatives. I think most GOP leaders are really staunch "moderates."
Imagine what CNN, NBC, CBS, etc. would be broadcasting if Al Gore or Jawn Kerry were president. We would be treated to videos of Iraqis celebrating in the streets, both in Iraq and in the U.S. Plus a brief flashback of the great U. S. President vowing to take Saddam down. Followed by a glowing report on the successes of our troops and a body count of the terrorists that have been killed by our brave President. Then they would run an approval rating poll. The MSM is sooo predictable.
It also says that we should identify evil and make it known to our bretheren. I reserve judgment to God, but I still feel the way I do and am forgiven for it.
Not obvious to the DUmmies. I'll bet you 75% of them have never heard of the Nuremberg Trials.
Their grasp of history begins and ends with Bill Clinton.

I agree with you. I'm all for earthly justice. Eternal justice, however, is a different story...may God have mercy on his soul, that's my ultimate word on Saddam.
