William Pinnell was in the Air Force from 1956 to 1964.
He served as a Security Police officer.
He started his career with the California Department of Corrections in 1964
and retired in 1998.
He was promoted to Lieutenant in 1991

Thank you RW. Those two babies are my youngest daughter (on the right - my dad's left) and my nephew. They are about the same age. My nephew is in the Army and spent a year in Iraq with the 82nd Airborne.

He is not gone. He has simply stepped into another room. You'll see him soon enough. Thank God for him, and all honor and praise to him for his service.
Yes, Robert is home. He'll be home for another week, and then has to return to Iraq for nine months. We're hoping that he will be able to get a brief leave when we hold the memorial service for my dad early next year.
