Our troops will not re-up... it will be blamed on Bush and not on dems, who are probably infighting over Murtha taking the spot over Rangel (as he pushes the draft legislation again).

I have a problem with the statement that immigration cost us this one. If that is so, why did some of the biggest opponents of immigration go down to defeat?

Have seen the result in a family friend's daughter. Attending an inner city non performing school. She got the report that the school was put on the 'list'. She has been able to transfer her little girl into a well performing school. The competition for students will eventually force schools to perform better or lost fed funds that closes them down.
If you think that educating the least of us is not worthy spending, then so be it.
My children went to private schools and we didn't worry about their education. Poor inner city parents have neither the funds nor the educational background to see that their children are better educated. Can we care enough to help?
Amen. The people who think this was just the war are really dense. People opposed to the war have no understand of who we're fighting or the fact that we can actually lose and losing doesn't mean we just pull out, spit on our troops and pretend it didn't happen like Vietnam. Losing this one means we DIE and a free non-Muslim U.S.A. ceases to exist, including the blue states and Hollywood. Liberals don't belive that.

Sorry, but I don't agree. Rush did nothing wrong. Instead he broke new ground on the tactic's of the Rats to use people with deceases so they could not be challenged. Furthermore, I think M J Fox did a terrible thing injecting politics in the curing of deceases. The "base" supported the GOP.... The independents did not... and for this people, the war was jut too much. Even we have to agree that is not going well...
That said, I think is healthy we all get whatever grievances we have out of our systems :)... I have my share :)
Heard this pea-brain on Imus yesterday morning...craig crawford...who said he'd not voted since 1988 and that he believes most news media types don't vote so as to remain "neutral" given their positions as "journalists." What a bunch of hog-washy!
