Liberals are not Americans. Their philosophies run counter to the very foundation of this country. At best, they are seditious, at worst, and far more commonly, they are traitors.
Lieberman is a phony and a leftist loser. Besides, there are too many GOP liberals in Congress anyway.
No. Chafee's loss is because many conservatives were fed up with him. I voted for the conservative in my local mayoral election knowing darned right well, it would split the vote and the idiot Dem would win. I would never do that in a state or national election, but many here did.

I heard just now on radio the swing is 22 seats, which doesn't give them 234 at all. So as of right now I don't know what to say except that they won control.
What is even _more_ surprising are the number of Freepers who touted him for one... :)
Even if he squeaks by this one (and we _do_ need his seat in the Senate), his presidential ambitions are finished....

Tough night but it is God's will. Time to start over. At least we got rid of a few Rinos, but lost some very good people. Now they have to lead rather than complain. Tough Night.

Why does it seem that the heavily Dem inner city precincts almost always come in last? That always seemed suspicious to me. Comments?
They have older voting machines and tabulation equipment. In some cases, they still use paper ballots that have to be counted by hand.
