Chafee is certainly a RINO, but his vote matters in determining Senate rules and committee assignments. That makes his loss a very bad thing.

Fox is being disingenous on their disavowal of exit polls for the senate races.
GOP loses Montana and Fox News knows it.
They already know the results and know the GOP will keep Senate and we will only lose 4 seats.
