DES MOINES, Iowa A Democratic Congressional candidate from Iowa is canceling a campaign event later this week with Senator John Kerry.
Brucy Braley says Kerry's recent comments about the Iraq war were inappropriate. Braley's decision to distance himself from Kerry came as a furor grew from comments Kerry made about the Iraq War during a campaign stop in California on Monday.

I'm sure you need him there in MA, but we still need him out on the circuit. I'd like to see him go campaign in places like Missouri, Montana, and Tennessee for the Dem candidates. Funny how in those states, the Kerrys and Clintons and Schumers never show up to campaign -- they just do very quiet fundraisers in Manhattan and SF to raise money for those particular Dem candidates...

He is not upset with what Cut&Run said, he is upset that he actually said it in Public.

This guy Braley is a very lefty progressive. We should be helping his opponent as much as possible, esp. now that this Kerry business has become front-page news and all over the airwaves.

I guess you were talking about Charles Henrickson, but he has been around for 6 years, and seems to be a conservative. He also has NOT been zotted, just the post, whatever he wrote. He seems to spend a lot of time monitoring DU, maybe their stuff is catching.
Don't know any of you guys, let's get on with the good fight against the libs!!

Well, I don't know what THAT was about! I ain't no troll, and I don't know why my post #2 was taken out. It was just a joke about Rove "mind-controlling" Kerry to make his foot-in-the-mouth comment. In fact, it got a lot of "LOL"s! Oh, well. . . .
To: Sun
And after Kerry's history of bashing our troops, Bill O'Rielly said tonight that he didn't think Kerry was actually bashing the troops. What an absolute moron!

"Brucy Braley says Kerry's recent comments about the Iraq war were inappropriate."Hahaha! And every liberal knows just what "inappropriate" means in demspeak. It means a dem has done something shameful and outrageous.
