Update on Richard's condition: Richard developed a heart arrhythmia which is currently being treated with IV meds. He is being treated for bacterial pneumonia, and his fever has returned to normal temperature. It appears a gall stone has passed. Richard is more comfortable now, and able to keep down clear liquids.

Please pray that he's turned the corner on these complications and will start to improve each day.

Many thanks for your prayers which continue to sustain me during this very difficult time.

Richard's heart has returned to the normal sinus rhythm and his pulse is fine. The bacterial pneumonia is being treated with antibiotics and oxygen via a mouth tube. He's sedated and resting comfortably.

His doctor says.....'He's holding his own but it will take some time and we are in for the long haul.'

I am a strong believer in intercessory prayer. I'm asking for your continued prayers for Richard. He's getting the best possible care and treatment but I know that God is ultimately in charge of his healing.

Please pray that the infection in his lungs will respond favorably to the antibiotics.

With God....All things are possible!
