I heard that guy try to talk to him in doing it...such a great idea. I wish he would also write a book and do a book tour.

I can't believe you wrote that. First of all, he isn't going to campaign for Repubbies as he said...because he's a conservative and follows that agenda. And if you feel he hurts the Repubbies cause ---it's probably because the Repubbies aren't acting like Conservatives... Second, the man is hardly lazy.

I agree, the GOP needs to act like Conservatives, however the subject of this thread is Rush, and Rush needs to act like a Conservative.

Fawn, look at the last few years of "Rush". His personal life is/has been a wreck and a poor reflection of him being able to walk the talk. I should clarify, that to me Rush is "politically" lazy. He simply doesn't care enough to get out unless it involves conservative dollars. Of course he could prove me wrong, but he won't, because like Rush, Registered is RIGHT! ;-)

My two-year-old granddaughter says, "Rush!" whenever she sees his picture on my home page. Rush, we love you. You are the BEST!

Here's a suggestion: This morning North Korea was the #1 Topic on the liberal media. By late afternoon the republican speaker put Foley back to #1.

Enough already!

Time to expose the dems on the issues that matter

The real threat is those who actually listen to Rush, check the facts and then hold our own representatives accountable with the given facts.

Blah, blah, blah. Specifics please. (Or am I threatening you?)

Rush is doing fine right where he is. He reaches over 20 million people a week. If each one of them convinced 10 people to vote Republican, we would crush the RATS.

Rather than Rush doing all the work, how about everyone sign up to make phone calls for your local Congressional candidate, put up yard signs, talk up the candidates at work, etc, etc.

I second that. We are not worthless liberals and Rush is not our Gubment keeper. I think it's safe to say he's already done more than all of us on this thread combined.

Ya'll, yes ya'll, don't have El Rushbo figured out yet, do you?

El Rushbo is not an appendage of the Republican Party. It's just that he is naturally so opposite to the liberal, socialist agenda of the Democrat Party that he states what he believes and thinks (not "feels"), and it matches the conservative Republican way of thinking more nearly than it does the Democrat Party. - El Rushbo is a smart human being, a thinker who can figure things out pretty quickly - like he can turn on a dime in a discussion when the rest of us would be scratching our heads and blubbering. He finds people like the Clintons, Nancy Pelosi, Teddy Kennedy and the rest of them genuinely amusing.

He isn't a campaigner for the Republican Party, he doesn't do that. He just simply talks sensibly about issues except when he gets to talking naughty. . and he is a lovable little fuzz ball or so he says.

Your advice to Rush.

Keep doing what your doing True,I am way out in left field from Canada here. Rush is on regularly from just across the St Mary's River, WKNW 1400 am. 1206PM EST.

Salvo after salvo, Rush pouring on the heavy artillery. America's treasure trove.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. LOL

Rush....you inspire us through education and historical perspectives. In a sense you are like a Bishop tending to the multiple congregations with inspiring sermons. Just stay on message and destroy liberal idiotic myths.
Unlike the Yankess Rush just step it up BIGTIME here in the election season playoffs. Let us all stay strong and embrace VICTORY.

Nobody can be pure as the driven snow.....even Rushbo. His addiction to 'prescrip' pills and divorce mean nothing to me. If he was on cocaine that would be different. The man spends most of his 'free time' doing fundraisers (golf)....and look at all the money he gives to leukemia ....and I know he gives alot to people that need help that we never hear about (like new cars to poor people). He walks the talk in my opinion. Registered is confused~!

Rush does a superb job of being Rush.

To go on the road and campaign would not be a positive action.

He reaches all that matter every day and is a target. To appear on the road would offer a large target for major artillery batteries. The action would distract more than it would gain.

I would argue for a somewhat stronger message in his daily 3 hours.

If it works, don't fixit

"I would think he reaches more people in front of his microphone."

That's what he said today when a caller asked him to go out and campaign.

Said he enjoys speaking before 5k-10k people but that he reached millions over the radio.
