A posting of an unredacted instant message sessions between Rep. Mark Foley and a former congressional page has apparently exposed the identity of the now 21 year-old accuser...
ABC RELEASED TRANSCRIPT OF ONE CHAT BETWEEN FOLEY AND A MAN WHO WAS 18 AT THE TIME OF THE INSTANT MESSAGE EXCHANGE.... NETWORK STATED THE MESSAGE WAS TO 'UNDER AGE' TEEN... DEVELOPING...
ABC ONLINE GLITCH LEADS TO IDENTITY OF FOLEY ACCUSER; FEATURED IM EXCHANGE WAS WITH 18 YEAR OLD

I thought the same thing when I saw that on another thread yesterday. At that point I thought the page was interested whether he was of age or not.
However, we should roll an s-load of $$$ into that FLorida House race so the new GOP standard bearer wins it and the word goes out that a vote for Foley will actually go to the stand in guy.
If he was 18 then Pelosi should resign. Harman should resign. Reid should resign.
THEN we go after the dirty trick group, C.R.E.W. and go after them CRIMINALLY.
If this is true this is BEYOND STUPID.
still to early-will get some legs by the morning
Okay I got a question. A bit R rated but give me some space.
I regularly converse with my 45 year old sister. I am 56. She is single; I am married.
Hell we IM about sex all the time. We talk about guys she's dated with little ones, guys what couldn't get it up, some that have big ones. I complain that my husband doesn't do such and such when I think he should. Hey, we're sisters. Sisters talk about stuff like this.
I mentioned that thing about the cell phone. Hell I probably got a cell phone filled with some dirty IM's from her.
So could I sell my sister's X-rated IM's (remember that my replies to her do NOT save on my cell) to ABC? Could they just, boom, print them? Is this against the law maybe unless she gives permission.
I mean, come on, IM's and email. Most of America would be in jail for suggestive IM's. Sure I know about the underage bit and understand it. But if it's adults, go on. I can talk about sex if I want, hell I could have cybersex if I want.
Way I see it, we're all going to jail.
My point is he published it.... Then maybe had second thoughts.
Putting on my tinfoil hat, I'd say this "mistake" was intentional as a way to funnel payoff cash to the ex-page, given that a multimillion dollar lawsuit over this "mistake" is inevitable. ABC will settle for a couple of million, the ex-page will have his payoff, and the Dems have their political hit piece.
Details please!
LLS
Colmes thinks the IMs weren't consensual????
The kid agreed to dinner and 'hanging out late' after he turned 18.
How exactly do you have an IM *exchange* without consenting by typing your end of the conversation? The kid could have hung up and blocked Foley's account from sending him IMs if he didn't want to exchange IM's with Foley.
SOME ONE LET O"RIELY KNOW NOW OR HANNITY WHICH WILL BE ON NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hannity talked about it...But Alan still insists this is big trouble..LOL. I can't wait to hear Rush on this tomorrow. I also can't wait to hear these words come out Matt idiot Lauers mouth in the morning.....IT's going to a good day.
Oh it was sweet. Both Sean and Ann could barely hold back a laugh! Alan and the "Young Democrat Chick" were sticking to their talking points while Sean and Ann pulled this one out of their sleeves.
And yes, Mark Foley is still a creep. But all in all we got something better in return: Joe Negron, who seems like a fair guy and who's already ahead in the race.
Yes, thanks for catching it. I changed it to be more historically accurate!
Oh how wonderful to encounter a fellow traveler on this road! I thought I might be the only one and it gets so lonely. I wish I knew what makes that combination so darned good. I've made it for others and their reaction has been "that's good" but nothing like what I experience.
Can you imagine having this same obsession for something illegal?
My Mom had a way of putting it, "There, but for the grace of God, go I." It's scary.
Brian Ross need to resign!
Remember, ABC knew the identity of the accuser and has 'fact checkers' to verify sources and stories (as one of my lib friends likes to point out). And they had this information for how long?? Obviously an effort to sway an election... is this close to election tampering?
But you still haven't proven anything....
(Running.........)
lol
But what, I wonder, was his motivation for going to work on Rep. Istook's campaign in OK?
There are some not pretty scenarios here. Can't believe it was all b/c he (the page) was for "school prayer" or whatever.
