The FBI has Brian Ross's phone records and the phone records of his leaker in the CIA.
Ross is hysterical because he knows his CIA sources are going to be indicted soon and that it's likely that he will have to testify as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Ross is deep in over his head with all the CIA leaks and it will be fun to see what happens when he's named in the indictment.
Maybe to imply the Dems are attacking a gay man?

I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but many -- if not most -- young males in that age group aren't entirely "victims" in the fullest sense of the word.
When I was a kid I had a friend who went through a similar thing at the age of 15. When the older man eventually made his move, this kid laid such a thorough beating on him that the predator actually reported the incident to the police as if he was the one who had been assaulted.
I hope you're correct. He is one slimy guy. But we've been hearing about NSA leak investigations now for months...and no info on them yet- so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Chris Matthews said on the Tonight Show last night that Republicans in DC were acting like Catholic priests during the last scandal.
To say that pedophilia exists only when the individual engages in sexual "contact" with minors is an anachronism in this day and age. They don't call it internet "sex" or phone "sex" for nothing, I'm afraid.
True, it might not have the exact damaging effects that the acts might have if there was physical contact, but the emotional, psychological, moral and spiritual damage can be just as awful.
Just like stalking that is done by phone or IM or email---it can be just as frightening and damaging as stalking done physically in proximity to the victim.
I've no idea.
