A very short hearing was held this morning in the historic civil case Paul v Clinton, et al. Judge Aurelio Munoz ruled that depositions cannot go forward until the appeal is settled regarding his April decision to remove Hillary as a defendant.
As usual, despite notification to most of the mainstream sources in Los Angeles, there was no media in the courtroom.
It was after the hearing when the fun began. A new toy came on Saturday -- a SONY Digital 8 movie cam. What a perfect opportunity to use it. FReeper The Spirit of Allegiance was the cam operator. When I get the software loaded and figure it out, we will have some video highlights for you.
After the hearing, we waited outside to grill him. There were two ways he could have left the building, so it was quite a challenge to keep track of both. Then, we spotted him and ran to catch up with him after he exited the building. At first, we thought he was going to grab a cab at the corner. Fortunately, he did not. He had a rental car.
As TSOA was messing with the camera, Kendall made a right turn toward his parking lot. TSOA walked straight, and I had to yell at him. He ran quickly to catch up. I was only a few paces behind Kendall.
I greeted Mr. Kendall. He greeted me back. When I asked about Hillary's four fraudulent FEC filings, he said, "I hate to be rude, but I have no comment." I replied that he was being rude and it was about time he was answering some questions.
Then the camera was in place and rolling. And here is where Divine Providence came into play. Kendall's rental vehicle was a cute light blue Chevrolet HHR. Unfortunately for him, he was blocked by another vehicle. While the attendants were getting the keys to move it, we pounded away with questions, which, of course he wouldn't answer. TSOA got some good footage of his really pained look. He was trapped with no where to go. It was almost unfair. Naw.
Among the questions were why Hillary has filed four false FEC reports...why she won't identify the name of her largest contributor...why he deceived the public for five years by claiming the case had no merit.
This lying weasel was finally asked a series of questions that the MSM has refused to ask him.
On and off camera, here was the inquisiton:
-- Why did you stop commenting to the media that NY Senate 2000 filed proper FEC filings? That's what you said for five years.
-- Why did Hillary Clinton tell the FBI and FEC that she knew nothing about Peter Paul's contributions?
-- Why do you say Hillary and Bill have cooperated fully in all the investigations about Peter Paul's contributions? They didnt know they convinced Paul to make the contributions that were never reported?
-- Why does Hillary Clinton still refuse to admit Peter Paul was her biggest contributor in 2000?
-- Why did Hillary suddenly report in January, 2006 that Stan Lee donated $225,000 to her campaign for Event 39 when he swears he didnt give her anything?
-- Are lawyers in Washington allowed to make up quotes of opposing parties to defend their clients?
-- Why do you continue to say that Peter Paul's suit is meritless after the California Supreme Court denied your objections in 2004?
On camera, when he continued to refuse to answer, I asked him if we were going to have to use a cardboard cutout of him to get the answers.
After he finally got into his car, I thanked him and told him it's been fun. He actually said thank you.
We'll have the shots for you as soon as possible. It was truly an entertaining FReep. Some of the footage will make the documentary film. We are trying to get a short version done before the November election. There have been so many challenges to overcome.
Hillary could have solved this problem five years ago. All she had to do was file an accurate report in July of 2001, when she had all of the documentation necessary to file the report. But she chose to continue lying. That is how the Clintons always do it.
Had Hillary filed properly on her third try, she would not have had to file a fourth fraudulent FEC report in January 2006. And David Rosen would have never had to face a criminal trial last mean. Although he deserved it for his role in the conspiracy, he would have never faced any of the grief.
Bill Clinton learned a lesson about Paul Jones. He should have admitted what he did and apologized. Hillary is going to learn a lesson from this.

Too bad Kendall didn't lose his cool like his client yesterday with Chris Wallace.
I do believe this fellow is the father of our dear and lovely Megyn Kendall on FNC.
And Chris Wallace shoulda asked Bubba if he was on cocaine.

Doug has been the "rock" on which I have built my ongoing efforts to finally hold Hilary Clinton accountable for the frauds she directed to win her senate seat, and the obstruction of five federal investigations into those frauds to keep her seat and save her path to the White House.
All FReepdom should appreciate the time, energy and risks Doug has undertaken on behalf of all Americans to do something about Hillary Clinton's juggernaut to regain the White House. His actions speak decibels louder than all the whining and complaining about Hillary's power and corruption.
The David Kendall encounter is a reverse Michael Moore moment that will add some comedic relief to a serious documentary Doug is busy working on.
Thanks to you and TSOA for ambushing Kendall when no one in the media or in any federal agency charged with enforcing the laws equally to all Americans , have asked him the first tough question.

Sounds like this freeper has been taking lessons from Michael Moore.
I remember when she was introduced on FNC, they said her Dad was a former Clinton Administration lawyer.
I like her, too.....she is the one of the most objective FNC legal talking heads.....and she mostly sticks to reporting, anyway. Having a clintonoid father does not color my opinion of her one bit. I see no bias in her at all, and I THINK she is truly conservative.
