I didn't hear if anyone was planning for a live thread of the film tonight. Just in case anyone wants to start early. Some in Australia already have seen part 1. Part 1 airs tonight at 8pm Eastern Time on ABC.
The whacko named Michael Lewis over at Huffington Post is completely freaking out because the Aussie and NZ stations have already broadcast the *unedited* version, and the BBC will be running it at 3PM ET today.
They're hoping and praying that someone will file a lawsuit to prevent the airing of the unedited version here in the USA.
Real champions of free speech, they are.

I know Bryon the Aussie has reported about the viewing. Hope that Mad Ivan makes an appearance here after viewing the film.

I have never been waiting for a network show as eagerly as this one. The moonbats don't sem to realize that their lies are only encoraging more people to see the truth for themselves. I wish ABC has not edited the docudrama though; by doing so they have proved yet again that they are tools of the American Left!!

There sure is going to be a large order of those uncut versions of DVD. Want to bet Borders does not carry it.

This makes me very suspicious that there even exists an "edited" version.
The yo-yo over at Huffington believes they're running the *unedited* version because there's not been enough time to create and "ship" an edited version.
But that makes no sense. Networks do not "ship" video programs via Fedex or the US mail. They send them via the Internet. A 2 1/2 hour show might be a few gigabytes and could be moved from the US to Oz in an hour or even less.
Even if ABC stopped the "editing" at midnight last night, there would have plenty of time to transmit the files to New Zealand and Oz. There is still time right now to get that "edited" version over to the Brits.
That everyone is allegedly running an "unedited" version makes me believe that there isn't any other version.

There is no proof that they've done any editing at all.
They didn't burn all the books. All of the scenes the Stalinist Left wanted cut have now shown up on the Internet for all to see. Overseas, the movie was shown uncut; and we are getting more reports about it. If ABC censor scenes in the American broadcast, we will know about it.
BJClinton and his Stalinist cabal thought they could return to 1990's intimidation and bullying to get their way. They forgot there is now in 2006 a New Media, the Internet, Drudge, and more importantly, Rush Limbaugh has the uncut movie in his hands.
At the end of the day, the Book-burning Stalinist Left lose.
They are such fools, I do not know what % of people use computers but I can guarantee that even the ones that do not want this movie to air are going to look at the cut sceens just out of curiosity sake.
I say bring it on. File a lawsuit and we will finally get Jamie Gorelick under oath instead of sitting on a whitewash commission.
The US media are going to have a hard time explaining why the people in other countries can view this film without censorship while we are not given the same FReedom.
The good news about this film it that it flushed out the Clinonista's.
And by doing so, it reminds the American people of the Clinton years...
which cannot be good for democrats.
If I were the judge I would say I'll hear the case and schedule it on Tuesday.
