but those aren't their official titles ... people in government are VERY fussy about their titles.... Reid is MINORITY leader, Durban is Asst MINORITY leader .. not Senate Democratic Leader or Asst Senate Democratic Leader and I'm not sure there is an "Office of Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid" .... would rather not be Rathered if you will and just fall for something that appears on the net because we want to believe it.

It is one thing to get enough people to confirm an appointee. Since the Democrats can't successfully lobby a bill with the Republican majority, they are doomed. However, Republicans can always defect to help them out, but we have "buffer".
The Democrats don't have control of either part of Congress and they won't have it after the election, either.
