ABC toned down a scene that involved Clinton's national security adviser, Samuel "Sandy" Berger, declining to give the order to kill bin Laden, according to a person involved with the film who declined to be identified. "That sequence has been the focus of attention," the source said.
The network also decided that the credits would say the film is based "in part" on the 9/11 panel report, rather than "based on" the report, as the producers originally intended.

You don't really think that logic and truth will have any effect on the left? Your response was right on, the plans were well underway during the Clinton period and I blame Carter for the mess we are in now. If he had stood up to Iran when the hostages were taken with a massive show of force we would not have the problems we have now.
; Have you tried Gary Aldrich's "Unlimited Access?"
I sent my comment. Though I didn't use terms like Clintonistas, I did say something about bowing to political pressure, and if they did that with a docudrama, that had been thoroughly vetted, why wouldn't I believe they would do it to the rest of their programming--like their NEWS? Then I said that IF this were true, I could never trust them again.
I only had three letters left of my "letter count". Heh heh.
Thanks for posting the link.
great book -
by the way Hannity is all over this right NOW (Liddy on)
(this as in the thread topic)
"Yeah .. you can't run that scene because I know for a fact that there is no documentation," says Sandy Burglar, "I shredded that docum... whoops, forget my last."
from Daily Kos.
"Disneyland was a wonderful place to me, as a child, but as an adult I more and more see the dark back alleys down which my money is carted away, and it's not fun anymore."
Oh don't worry Kossie Commie, you can still bring your daughter to Disneyland during the Gay and Lesbian day celibrations.
Time to threaten a boycott of all ABC sponsors, and mean it. They need to see that caving to the left has worse consequences than not caving to them.
Ok y'all, enough complaining about this, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Can you imagine if the Bush Administration had asked Michael Moore to censure his movie?
AMEN, I'm in total agreement with your post.
I was going to watch this show, but now I refuse too. You blew it ABC. I'd rather watch paint dry.
As Rush pointed out today, DubYa would not complain.
ABC backs down...
What a joke. I wonder if ABC would've done the same thing for GW had he asked them to change or tone down scenes involving him or his administration.
Who's in the pool for the film disappearing... in someone's pants?
The dem's can't even handle the heat when they're NO LONGER in the kitchen!!
