If my memory serves, you're one of the biggest lapdogs this side of Washington, DC that McCain has on this board. There's nothing "Straight" about McCain's core beliefs. He goes where the camera goes.

The MSM doesn't want him to get the nomination... they know America would be forced to pick him over The Beast. They just want him... TO KEEP TALKING HIS SH*T.

Really? You really don't understand what that was all about? Major combat operations - What do you think that phrase means? Do you think that is what is happening now? Do you really think that or are you just looking for...um some combat operations?

I truly believe open primaries should be against the law. It's just like packing the ballot box with illegitimate votes. Shameful.

For a man who is supposed to know and understand
(because of his background)
that while the military can win battles, and continue to win battles, it is on the homefront that wars are won or lost -
(if you think the pressure on Bush is massive and strident, you should have been around in Lincoln's day) -
McCain continues to pop up with just the right words at just the right time to aid those trying to defeat the country at home, right when the fifth column at home appears to be succeeding in securing our defeat.
His love and adoration knows no bounds for the traitorous media that loves and adores him.
If the GOP base puts him on the 2008 Presidential ballot, the Republic is doomed, whether he wins or loses the general election.

Bushbot?
I disagree with Bush much more often than I agree with him. However, I do give him kudos for taking the fight to islamofacist over there instead of here.
Maybe I am in the minority but I think the war in Iraq is beneficial because Iraq has become the main battlefield in the WOT... the Islamofascist are fighting our military and Iraqi's over there instead of police and U.S. civilians here in America.
Where would you move the battlefield?

At least he can tell the truth...I want truth as much as the next voter, but McCain is simply an empty vase when it comes to core beliefs. He's not rooted in any. His beliefs are all over the map, depending on the time of day and season.
McCain wants to opt for the cut and run strategy in Iraq. I don't want a gutless leader in the White House. He's just not good enough in this post 9/11 world.

Senator McCain's unusually blunt attack on the Bush administration yesterday, including a claim that President Bush and other top officials led Americans to believe that the Iraq war would be "some kind of day at the beach,"
It was stupid to state so. He may jump to (I) like Leiboman.

"McCain is just telling the truth again as in "Straight Talk"...something you Bushbots just don't get. "
Just what exactly is a "Bushbot" ? If by that you mean those that respect the elected President of the United States, George W.Bush, then yes, I am a bushbot.
Do think that respect should have went to Gore, or Kerry?
McCain is a turd that will never get the vote of the Republican grass-roots, never!

"I have begun to wonder how much classified info he passed on to his captors while he was in prison camp."
Wow. That is an interesting statement.
Anyway, I'm sure whatever he passed caused the fall of South Vietnam.
