Iran formally responded Tuesday to a package of Western incentives aimed at persuading Tehran to suspend uranium enrichment, with officials saying it has offered a "new formula" to resolve the dispute. The country's top nuclear negotiator said Tehran was ready to enter "serious negotiations." Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, hand-delivered Iran's response to the Western package of nuclear incentives to ambassadors from Britain, China, Russia, France, Germany and Switzerland, state-run television said, without disclosing details.
Officials close to the meeting said Iran's response offered the "new formula" to resolve the dispute over Tehran's nuclear activities. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information.

This is the dynamic threat everyone has been waiting for?
And the idiots in the world will say, "okay. we'll negotiate" and pat themselves on the back while Ahmadinejad and company continue to build their arsenal.
Stalling for time.
Can't we just cut the crap and get to the airstrikes/special ops?
If you want to have good relations with the Iranian people in the future, you should acknowledge the right and the might of the Iranian people, and you should bow and surrender to the might of the Iranian people. If you do not accept this, the Iranian people will force you to bow and surrender.

Stalling for time. History repeats itself. Again and again and again and again.
What a hugh development. Iran is totally serial!
Damn I wish I was an Iranian Theocrat. I could RULE THE WORLD. The West is full of simpering fools.

"Iran's response offered the "new formula"
New (old) formula: Here you have a carrot... you stupid ass donkeys, but you will hacve to wait another 3-5 years before we suspend...
Gee, I've been in my bomb shelter clutching my old M-14 in one hand, wearing my aluminum hat and clutching my baby blanky. Rest of the family is still outside doomed to radiation...or so I thought. Uh oh, batteries going dead, generator needs gas and I forgot the DONUTS!!
Is it safe to come out? I'm hungry.:>)
Wasn't the issue to comply or not to comply? What is there to negotiate? They were given an ultimatum and told that they needed to respond by 31 Aug. If they have failed to properly respond their "offer" should be rejected and they should be told that they have until 31 August as previously stated to indicate whether or not they will comply. What they have provided is a "non" response...
Oh damn! What am I thinking? This is the UN... never mind.
And this time we really, really mean it!
"Be carefull, he's got a nuclear weapon"
"Why that's not a nuclear weapon - THIS is a nuclear weapon" (as whole mountains disappear within Iran....)
