That's good. Hopefully they won't let them go next week.
Yep, we were a couple of days ahead of the MSM on this particular news story. That's a LOT of time gone by before they "got to it." Multiply that by all the other news they either delay or decline to print or report. It adds up to how inefficient and unconcerned they are to advise people what's really going on in the world around them.
Snip: U.S. authorities are advising women not to wear gel bras on airplanes as information developed in the foiled London plot points to an expanding role for women in smuggling explosives on to an aircraft.
Radioactive injection causes Vancouver man to trip border alarm
Snip: A man who had been injected with radioactive material for a medical procedure triggered alarms at the Peace Arch border crossing, authorities said.
Stanley Smith of Surrey, a World War II veteran, said he was heading for a casino in Ferndale, Wash., about 100 miles north of Seattle, last Friday when he found himself suddenly surrounded by heavily armed U.S. border personnel who accused him of potentially trying to make a bomb.

CNN Pipeline showing NY Subway train being evacuated after fire....live feed...
August 16, 2006
A Brooklyn bound rush-hour train had to be evacuated after a two-alarm fire erupted on a subway track on the Manhattan Bridge near Dekalb Avenue in Brooklyn Wednesday night.
MTA officials say the B and D lines are suspended both ways from West 4th Street to Dekalb Avenue.
As many as 60 people were evacuated from the trains on the Manhattan Bridge after power was shut down due to the fire.
Officials say 11 passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken to a Brooklyn hospital.
Witnesses reported seeing thick smoke billowing from the tunnel.
The MTA says that Brooklyn bound B and D trains are running on the F line from West 4th Street to the Stillwell Avenue station and Manhattan bound B and D trains are running on the R line from Dekalb Avenue to the 57th Street-7th Avenue station.
The Department of Transportation says that the Brooklyn bound Manhattan bridge is also closed to traffic. The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway is open but experiencing delays.
They are still taking people off....looks like on a bridge somewhere...
Anything more on this?

I have to admit I was a bit worried with the Logan plane.
There's no question, the bad guys are trying stuff. Fortunately we've been stopping them so far.
Indeed we did!

Snip: Authorities say several chemical-based bombs were found Wednesday at a manufacturing plant that makes tents for the U.S. military.
No one was hurt at the Camel Manufacturing plant located just outside Jamestown.
The facility was evacuated around 3 p.m., shortly after the bombs were discovered by plant managers, according to Bryan Pyle, a dispatcher with the Fentress County sheriff's office.
Polio outbreak from oral vaccine controlled in China

Number of poisoned Moscow workers stands at 215
Snip: He said the infection looked like salmonellosis. The medic also said that the company Denis, which supplied the meals for the workers, had been closed. He said "the company is owned by a Turkish national," and it was not the first case of its having violated sanitary standards.
