Agree!
Good stuff!
First they tried the deaths of the 4 UN observers to get their way and turn everyone against Israel but that didn't work. I think they have just tried to up the ante. Four UN employees weren't enough. Let's kill a bunch of kids and see if that flies.
It's just to the west of the Golan Heights.
The civilian deaths are always tragic, but there has never been a single war where innocent folks have not been killed. Hezbollah is an evil monster, and they don't care how many women and children are killed as long as it helps them to achieve their objectives. I think that these folks were probably forced to stay in their homes, and these savage tactics by terrorists should surprise no one. We are fighting pure EVIL.
Yeah- I think you are right...
their "reality" is that the girl with the bigger bust got the on air spot, someone stole their parking space, and their boyfriend bought them ruby earrings and red makes them look bloated!
See post 43 - this thread
Europe has a long cultural history where behaving that way is cool...
Once I taught a class where we read some stuff about WWII and probably covered some of the fighting in Serbia.
One of my young black students, a sweet guy who even cities like New Orleans can produce, came up to me after class one day and said "I didn't know white folks could be so prejudiced against each other."
Then I thought about the long history of mutual hatreds in Europe and felt sad.
The muslim world won't care.
Israel should NOT give away one inch of land, IMHO. Talk of giving away Shebaa Farms has been going on for the past week.
The thugs are never asked to give up anything. It's always Israel who gives away their security for a promise of peace, which never pans out.
I'm sincerely shocked that anyone would ask for more land from Israel, while they are being attacked on TWO fronts. Insanity, imo.
When the Nazis got desperate they recruited Bosnian Muslims into the Waffen SS.
I posted on one of the earlier middle east threads that my son is friends with the godson of one of the reporters on Fox. He was telling me that his godfather is worried about keeping his job there because they are going through a shakeup due to a fall in ratings. That surprised me...I thought FOX kicked all the other cable channel's butts. It would be a shame to lose this guy....I really like him.
I watched Obsession last night- and I doubt those "civilians" were FORCED to stay there.
They most likely think they are great martyrs.
They know that the TWISTED world will be angry at Israel.....
Not only is the enemy PURE evil...but the Media is the laughter of Satan himself.....
AL Jazeera (The Island) was kicked out of Iraq in '04. Perhaps they're getting even now? Come to think of it, we watch Al Jazeera every now and again just to see what B.S. they're spewing (the Iraqis translate it for us) and they haven't mentioned anything happening in Iraq for a while...
Poor Mahdi Army. Can't even get coverage from their terrorist-loving friends at al Jazeera.
It's sort of let's kill them all and let God sort the saints from the sinners.
Forcing transformations down this way always brings out that pov in people. The cause is worth more than any one individual life. Every time a non-combatant dies, they gain publicity brownie points. It doesn't hurt them, it helps. So they encourage it.
And the West just plays into their hands.
The one I've seen comes after the heavy dude in one tape. The "dead" guy is older and thinner. He had a white shirt that's ripped in the back. They need to fire their make-up guy because there's no bloody wound on his back. In both tapes, he's at very end. In one tape, he's carried within inches of the camera lens, is set down, the camera begins to pan left, he sits up, looks over his left shoulder at the camera and gets up. In the second tape, he's further way from the camera and at that angle he's more shaded so it looks at first glance like there must be many other "victims", men are wandering around, but there he is sitting up, looking back at the first camera, and rises from his stretcher.
Insanity, exactly. I wouldn't give up a grain of sand.
That's the same one I saw this am, too.
What tools these guys are.
Wouldn't it be rich if it was the same guy every time, lol. I also found it interesting this morning when the supposed "improptu" protest at the UN had their PA system up and running within moments. Not only that but parents brought their little toddlers to what could easily have become a violent situation. Makes one wonder.
