Hezbollah terrorists fire a missile from the southern Lebanese city of Tyre.
As per FNC: Israeli attack chopper crashes on Israeli side of the border.
You guys just totally ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!
Close. I think it's 11 hours. What part of California?
I appreciate Mike Tobin of FNC. I hope he continues to use that flack jacket with that upper extention protection while on camera. I've always seen his "thick" neck a distraction. The vest hides it.
He does a great job, though.
#77...sure seem like valid questions.
Imus talking to Tom Aspell who is in Haifa. Aspell says Israel has four combat brigades inside Lebanon. The best in the Israeli Army according to him. No sirens in Haifa so far today.
I had the dubious pleasure of seeing "Shep' for the 1st time over the weekend.......he really is awfull.
The only good news is that when he has his next facelift, his mouth will almost certainly stop working.
FNC reporter Mike Tobin on the Lebanese-Israeli border says that there is a heavy battle going on, and there is heavy artillery thunder coming from the Israelis. There is an Israeli Apache down, unknown if it crashed by error or was shot down. Israelis had nine injuries over night. Mike Tobin says the hezzies come out, fire, then run back into bunkers. The Israelis took out 21 hezzie rocket launchers last night in the village they're working on now. Israelis coming out of these two battles he's covering say that hezzies are dying in droves.
Colonel Jack Jacobs coming up with the I-Man in a few minutes.
The Sacramento valley. It was 111 today, same expected Monday, dropping Tuesday and into the high 90's by Sunday. I think Saturday was even hotter than it was today - maybe 112 or 113. That 97 expected for Sunday looks pretty darn good right now, lol!
What kind of temps are you getting there?
2 hezzies captured - per Fox.
Good news!
Condi is in Beirut now.
Yep..we heard. It'll be interesting to see what she says and does now.
From the clueless corner re: Israel/Lebanon
KERRY: US SHOULD HAVE INVADED LEBANON

Between 115 and 118. It's actually lower than the last two summers I have spent here.
The chief of staff stressed that the IDF can operate for a long time in Lebanon, as long as necessary, and that there is action plan for long months.
"On the strategic level, enough aims have been obtained so that we have reached a very close level to what we set for ourselves. We are continuing to operate until we receive an order from the government to stop," he said.
Halutz said that "we are collecting goals accomplished every day and are harming the other side. Our measurement is not the number of Katyusha rockets it could be that on the last day of fighting Katyusha rockets will still fall in Israel. We can't take out the last rockets from southern Lebanon and kill the last of the terrorists, but our central role is to provide a good starting point for the diplomatic process."
Oh, you didn't see his "Hurricane Katrina Follies" last summer? He was completely freaking out - practically pitching tantrums like some four-year-old.
on Mexican TV.
