So, I'll reply as I have had to throughout:

It's okay, EV. I doubt you'll ever get any smarter, but maybe one day you will learn some debating skills and be able to make a reasoned defense of "your man".

The evidence still suggests that your purpose is to sabotage Simcox, however.

People who actually know me and Simcox, and the realities of where this issue stands and what is at stake, are reading you and your friends' posts and laughing at you.

Both of them?

Here is Simcox working on the Fence Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting A member of the National Guard welds new portions of the border fence along the Arizona-Mexico border Opps I guess I was mistaken I think someone needs to go over to 2400 Earlsgate Reston Virgina. Perhaps we can find the answers there. It seems many roads lead there. http://constantinefinancial.com/resume.htm

The money's in escrow. If you could read, you'd know that.

Then why wait until november to open the rcords? If it is all on the up and up then those records should be released. How do you explain the fact that he hasn't even gained building permits for "phase 2"? He boldly states that some anonymous Rancher has okd the Gaza fence but the Homeland security department had to unilaterally suspend environmental department regulations in California to make improvements on the government fence. How does Simcox plan to do the same on a private ranch? Could it be that he knows he can't and that he is just blowing smoke? From the information shown to date 95% of the funds expended so far has been for non-fence construction. Tell me EV do you realize how bad this looks for you, Keyes and Simcox?

I don't take kindly to what this thread represents.

The RINOs have taken up with MeCHA, La Raza, the ACLU, antifreepers, etc.

Someone has to stand up to them and their Carvillian tactics.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the fact that you have, and that you've done it so effectively.

I wish more folks would speak out as boldly and forthrightly as you have done. It would make a real difference.

Wow. You've "discovered" that people have accountants. You're a real genius.

Let's just assume that Simcox is on the up and up and he is ready, as he asserts, to build 1.5 miles of the Gaza fence for another Arizona rancher. At his estimate of 150 bucks a foot for that fence the total value would come in at a bout 2 million bucks. Think about that for a second. 2 million bucks that the Rancher would owe federal taxes on the first year and a 2 million buck property assessment that he would be paying on forever. Would you accept that type of "gift" for a fence being built by "volunteers"?

Time to retire for the evening, Lurker. Have a good one. No doubt these idiots will still be here tomorrow trying to make their only ten friends in the world giggle like schoolgirls with their childish taunts...

LEt me say it appears they have a "accountant" not accountants critical difference there. I am just noticing that alot of stuff that would seem unrelated keeps pooping up there. Again nothing sinister but boy are some folks in DC making money off this illegal immigration issue. They havent been in this high Cotton since the Clinton years but it is better. They have a fence that does not have a completion date of 2040 to keep stirring up the mailing list and direst mail

First they demand an accounting, then they act shocked when they learn that Mr. Simcox has an accountant.

Brains ain't their long suit is it EV.

I've said my piece to these brainstems, for now anyway. Now they just bore the hell out of me.

Like I said to you last night; never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. And these folks have got serious amounts of experience.

You take care now.

Ken Lay had an accountant.

Did you think of that one all by your little bitty self or did you need to ask some of your pals to help you out?

Say Skippy...have you located that mythical Federal Statue which forbids building fences on private land yet? I've sent you the link to the US Code at least 3 times, yet still you seem unable to put your finger on it.

I wonder why that is.......

I think Simcox found it in his "tremendous liability issue" out clause. Now how will he build his fence in for the California Rancher when even the Homeland Security Department had to overrule federal and state environmental laws? Is Simcox planning to do the same? LMAO

Considering that he hasn't even finished the other 7.5 miles of cattle fencing he was supposed to have completed by the end of June, that's a mighty big assumption, don't you think?

If this new rancher really wants to build a 2 million dollar fence he would be way ahead of the game to pay for it out of his own pocket. He could at least deduct a portion of the expense from State and federal taxes but by receiving it as a gift the tax bite just on the initial gift is going to hit him like a ton of bricks and will be constructed by a bunch of amateur retirees in cool weather..

I don't take kindly to what this thread represents.

You know, really, you shouldn't.

You should be outraged that people calling themselves "conservatives" are taking advantage of the donations sent in by well-meaning, sincere people.

You should be totally irate that these well-meaning donors are being taken advantage of by conmen who intend to enrich themselves and their cronies rather than doing what they promised the donors they'd do.

And you know, EV, obviously posting on an internet chat board all day isn't that hard of a job (some of us do it for entertainment) but if what they are posting on these FEC reports is all they are paying you, I think you really ought to consider getting a REAL job.

Wonder how much Ladd is going to have to pay in gift taxes for his new livestock fence?

Shouldn't he have had a livestock fence already?

If Simcox is not lying, big assumption, then the full 10 miles will be about 80k. He will be required to pay a federal gift tax on all but 11k and whatever State taxes on gifts Arizona has.. He then is liable for the capital improvement assessment to his county property tax.

Homeland Security Department had to overrule federal and state environmental laws?

Can you point out to me exactly when the DHS was authorized to over rule Federal and State Laws? I have a feeling this is another one of your made up laws, but who knows even a blind pig roots up the occasional acorn.

So if you can, please cite the Statute which authorizes this.

Get back to me asap Scooter. We're all a'waiting.
