Say Skippy...have you located that mythical Federal Statue which forbids building fences on private land yet? I've sent you the link to the US Code at least 3 times, yet still you seem unable to put your finger on it.

I think Simcox found it in his "tremendous liability issue" out clause. Now how will he build his fence in for the California Rancher when even the Homeland Security Department had to overrule federal and state environmental laws? Is Simcox planning to do the same? LMAO
