Limbaugh Detained At Airport Image
Joy Purdy Reporting
(CBS4 News) WEST PALM BEACH Sources have confirmed to CBS4 News that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been detained at Palm Beach International Airport for the possible possession of illegal prescription drugs Monday evening.
Limbaugh was returning on a flight from the Dominican Republic when officials found the drugs, among them Viagra.
Limbaugh entered a plea deal back in April in a previous case where his charge of fraud to conceal information to obtain prescriptions was dropped under the condition he continue undergoing treatment for addiction.
Limbaugh had admitted to being addicted to pain killers on his radio program and had entered a rehabilitation program prior to that arrest.
Apparently you have my post confused with someone else's.
LOL! Right...lol.
He'd have to put in an all-nighter . . .
What on earth are you talking about??? What "names" have I called Rush???
He was coming back from the '24' interview in Hollywood. Last I looked it was the USA.
But on another thread it said the bottle the script was in was labeled to his doctor for Rush's privacy.
Well i was wrong again//Dominican repub. Think I'll go back to sleep now.
"To paraphrase Walter Williams, harmless loveable fuzzballs don't need Viagra."
Then how do you explain Bob Dole?
I agree. The weather sucks, too many bugs, and stooopid voters who can't find the polls and precincts that can't count.
I have to admit, I might not have thought about making sure any prescriptions were in the properly labeled bottle when traveling.
For instance, I have a smaller med bottle that the label wore off of. It's a nice size and I like to put a few pills in it for traveling or to carry in my purse. I probably wouldn't have given it a second thought when packing for traveling. But it's certainly something to remember.
" == Hell, I don't know why it isn't an OTC medicine. == "
Because it can have very severe side effects, including blindness, and it can kill if taken along with some other drugs such as alpha blockers like Cardura, commonly prescribed both for prostate problems and hypertension.
I've always worried more about customs in the other countries, where I have no idea what their laws are.
Only CBS, the Communist Broadcasting System would put a story out like that, in the true spirit of Dan Rather, another communist who left See B.S. to join pravda....

If he's 'up' for more then 36 hours, he should seek medical attention..and fast.
And a small bribe will get you thru the airport most other places but you might loose your Viagra to the luggage check guys.
Heck in Kuwait you can buy the worlds best steroids at any pharmacy with just plain old cash and to think they don't even have a baseball team.
Finally a thread Beavis and Butthead would be proud of.
"Other countries I have visited are usually very liberal, you can buy just about anything without a prescription at the pharmacy if you have the almighty bucks."
Very liberal ... or simply very easy to get someone to break the law ?
A spell in a Turkish jail could ruin your whole day :-)
uggggggh.
