Other countries I have visited are usually very liberal, you can buy just about anything without a prescription at the pharmacy if you have the almighty bucks.

And a small bribe will get you thru the airport most other places but you might loose your Viagra to the luggage check guys.

Heck in Kuwait you can buy the worlds best steroids at any pharmacy with just plain old cash and to think they don't even have a baseball team.
