McKenna did not recognize her as a member of Congress and asked her three times to stop. When she ignored him, he tried to stop her. McKinney then hit him.Unreal. If it had been your or me, we would be sitting in a jail cell.

If the Democrats had an opposition party, that party would make a huge issue of this thug getting a mulligan for assault.

No surprise....I figured. We had a good week. This is just to try to ruin our mojo...don't let it happen. We can't fight the liberal constantly. They will pull all stops to our winnings.....

I suppose the Black Congressional Caucus took the position, that since the drunken white boy walked with a false minor plea --- the black girl had to walk with her race card...
One must admit -- the bitch really was too ugly to be taken for a Congress Critter -- wasn't she?
Lawmakers? Hell, they're all the most visible and frequent law breakers in the land....
Where the hell is the outrage?
We really need to go "Muslim" on the bastards and start building guillotines...

The g.j. didn't do the Dems any favors with its inaction. This'll tick off folks even more. Fine by me. Couldn't happen to a nicer party.

"A Grand Jury in Washington DC has decided not to indict Cynthia McKinney."A Grand Jury of her peers. Did we think they would indict her? Just like the OJ jury.

You ain't gonna see it. Sorry to disappoint you. I don't think Grand Juries get "do-overs" do they?
However, the message that this is pure corruption must be broadcast.
This is more of special justice for the ruling class, the glitterati class, the connected class.
That is true corruption. Doing something wrong and getting nailed for it, is not corruption.

There is the key......I won't say it as there is probably a few Duers lurking around whom accuse me of being a racist

I posted to the wrong thread. Meant for the Mark Levin thread.
Yes, I know, no mulligans. What I am calling for is the release of the tapes of the incident

"She should still be censured by the House."My Congressman is Doc Hastings chairman of the ethics committee. I called his local office sometime back and asked if he was going to bring her up before the ethics committee. The woman on the phone said she would send the question to Doc, in DC. I never got an answer back.

Excuse me, who do these clowns work for these days, because it sure doesn't seem to be the citizens.
Yet we keep paying them. Go figure.

Shouldn't the tapes be covered under FOIA?

Will the cop she attacked be punished or fired?Neither. He will be required to undergo sensitivity training.

More OJ Justice.
The DA in this case is behaving like the Clintons - releasing damning bad news on Friday afternoons where he knows the news cycle is the slowest.
As for this woman, she belongs in a mental institution, or behind bars. Preferably both.

All black jury?
Imagine the outcry from the dems had this been a republican.
