He's taking Jimmy Carter, Hillary Klinton, BJ Clinton, Chappy Kennedy, Hanoi Kerry, Foamingatthemouth Gore, Murtha, Biden, Pelosi, Reid, Leahy, Bill Nelson (D-FL), Jesse Jackson, Barbie Streisand, Ward Churchill, HOWeird Dean, Patrick Kennedy, Boxer, Feinstein, Susan Collins (RINO-ME), Olympia Snowe (RINO-ME), Lincoln Chaffee (RINO-RI), Rockefeller, Plame, Wilson, ETC.
You know, these sorts of "strategic alliances" and leagues have almost always led to massive or even global wars.
But remember that our "Friends" in Russia and China condone Chavez's behavor and the behavior of North Korea and Iran by selling them weapons and giving military aid.
Don't you get the feeling he's trying to pick a fight with us?
I think that El Gordo is suffering from insufficient oxygen supply to the brain - kinda like Algore. Chavez believes his own delsions and propoganda as do other swaggering tin-plated dictators with delsions of godhood. Let's see how tough El Gordo is during the next coup - I'll wager that he'll wet himslef as he cowers in a closet. He is a just a swaggering bully who will bluster until someone, anyone, calls his bluff.

It was either that or "Jowel Boy". The sad part of all this is that the very people who the Left believes are liberated, the poor, are the ones who will suffer most. It is the poor who cannot escape the regime nor afford to pay the bribes upon which such a despostic system operates. The poor will suffer the exploitation, suffering, butchery, "reeducation camps", and other humilliations. In short, the people of Venezuela are screwed until this dips**t goes off to meet Zarqawi, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, and Hitler in the seventh circle of hell.
