Wonder if the House and Senate will do a trade on ANWR and the immigration bill...?

We can celebrate Al Gore's movie release by voting to drill in ANWR.

Sen. Stevens couldn't get this thing passed last year even by attaching every pork goodie he could think of to the bill.

I don't see why now will be any different.

Don't bother us with this. We want to know what's going on in Aruba.

"HOUSE APPROVES DRILLING IN ANWR!"

Excellent!
At this rate, we are very much on track to not only retain control of The House in November, but possible even increase our majority there.
The Republican House is making all the right moves and firing up the base in the process.
The RATS are going to have to try and defend voting against ANWR when we have high gas prices , come November.
Great move gentlemen!!

Didn't ANWR drilling actually pass the Senate a few months back, only to be blocked by the RINO's in the house ?

"Wonder if the House and Senate will do a trade on ANWR and the immigration bill"

Scary thought. But I doubt they will considering that House Republicans know not to betray their base on that issue.

The Senate will never go for it. They're too out of touch with reality. Besides they don't use gas in their bizarro world.

The Senate is not following the citizens on Immigration. They won't do anything about ANWR. And ten years from now there still will be no new drilling or refineries.
