OK. It's fiction. It's made it's debut and the whole of Christianity hasn't collapsed. In fact, some people seeing it have said their faith is even stronger.

Sure, it's fiction. Lousy, rotten, bigoted, blasphemous fiction.

Jesus has many kids. He left them at home when he illegally crossed the border to do jobs 'Americans won't do.' Not to worry, Jesus' family will soon join him in the U.S. Not divine intervention...just RINO activity making it possible.

It's either fiction -- or I'm offended at people dissing my great X 100 grandparents.

How about a 'I wish it was true' comment.

The more I read why people don't like it,
the more puzzled I become.

Well, to be more specific, the worlds human population must all stem from Noah's Ark and the families aboard.

If Jesus had children, How can I introduce my sons to his daughters. Cause if ever there was a family I wanted to marry into, that's the one. Probably would lead to red carpet treatment at the pearly gates, you know kinda like the HOV lane to heaven. ...

And for all those people who believe in the DaVinci Code, i hope you don't watch reruns of Pretty Woman, or you might making some bad life choices.

Well, there COULD be people related to Jesus around today. He may have had brothers and sisters.

Perhaps there needs to be a TRITE AWARD for such shopworn phrases as "It's only about sex", "Bush lied", and "It's just fiction."

Has anyone here seen the movie? I haven't, and I haven't read the book either (and I don't plan to do either). But I am curious about the 'revelation' about Jesus' surviving descendant(s) that supposedly had the Cannes audience crack up laughing. Someone want to FReepmail me with the details (Please???)

Come to think of it, how could Jesus's trials have been complete if he didn't have a teenage son?

I have often wondered about the lineage, if any, of the cousin of Jesus, John the Baptist.

I'm claiming to be Jesus' heir, and from what I hear the inheritance is quite substantial.

DOES JESUS have a secret line of descendants who are living today?

If so, one would think that they SURELY would have been mentioned SOMEWHERE in the BOOK; doncha think?

And, if MM did happen to be His wife, do you think she may have wanted a HOUSE???

NIV Matthew 8:20 & Luke 9:58
Jesus replied, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head."

Then there is THIS passage:

 NIV John 19:25-30
 25.  Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.
 26.  When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, "Dear woman, here is your son,"
 27.  and to the disciple, "Here is your mother." From that time on, this disciple took her into his home. (A mlae - NOT MM!)

 28.  Later, knowing that all was now completed, and so that the Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
 29.  A jar of wine vinegar was there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put the sponge on a stalk of the hyssop plant, and lifted it to Jesus' lips.
 30.  When he had received the drink, Jesus said, "It is finished." With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. whispered to Mary Magdalene: "Hold up supper for me, I'll be home later."

The idea of Jesus bloodlines in france will sure pick up a slacking tourism there since they are being overrun by Muslims. How ironic (or well planned by ant-Christians). LOL.
